I speak on behalf of the International Committee for Robot Arms Control, or ICRAC, a group of academics, experts, scholars and researchers in computer science, artificial intelligence, robotics, international law, political science, philosophy and ethics. ICRAC is a co-founding member of the Stop Killer Robots Campaign. We appreciate the organizers of this Informal Meeting including a Session on Ethical Considerations. It has been many years since Ethics has been the primary focus of substantive discussion within the CCW GGE meetings.
