This is episode 4 of 6 in the CCW Special that kicks off the new official ICRAC Podcast series.

Nehal Bhuta is a highly respected Professor of International Law at the European University Institute in Florence. He was one of the experts chosen to speak at the 2015 CCW Informal Meeting of Experts on LAWS.

In this interview we probe some of the legal complexities of the relationship between the law and the weapons review process. We also discuss the concept of “meaningful human control”.
